The Office of the County Counsel is the attorney for the County of Santa Clara. We provide legal advice and representation to the County, including the Board of Supervisors and all County agencies and departments. We also represent the Civil Grand Jury and several school districts, special districts, and other entities.

With a staff of 250, we are proud to be one of the preeminent public law offices in the nation. We are deeply committed to providing
