Aaron Voit
Deputy County Counsel
Aaron Voit joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2021. Aaron advises the Board of Supervisors and various County departments and agencies as a member of the Health and Hospitals Team and the Human Services Team. Prior to joining the Office, Aaron was the Medical-Legal Partnership Managing Attorney at California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc., where he oversaw the provision of free legal services to rural, low-income patients at Federally Qualified Health Centers. At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Aaron led the launch of a COVID-19 Workers’ Rights Helpline to help impacted workers access paid leave and other rights and benefits. Prior to law school, Aaron worked at a nonprofit organization focused on sustainable community development and environmental stewardship.
