Arleen V. Rozul

Deputy County Counsel

Arleen Rozul joined the Office of the County Counsel in 1990, and serves as a trial attorney in the Child Dependency unit. Her practice focuses on juvenile dependency law and related matters. Arleen represents the Department of Family and Children’s Services in trials, mediations, hearings, and appeals. In addition, Arleen trains new social workers and Child Advocate volunteers regarding legal issues and requirements relating to their work. She also participates on the following committees: United Children of Color; Child Abuse Law Enforcement Protocol; and Domestic Violence Law Enforcement Protocol.
