David M. Rollo
Deputy County Counsel
David Rollo joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2005 as a litigation attorney. He has defended the County and its employees in a variety of matters including civil rights claims, personal injury actions and employment-related civil actions. Prior to joining the County Counsel’s office, David served eight years in the San Jose City Attorney’s Office handling a number of high profile cases for the city.
David’s professional expertise includes:
