Elizabeth G. Morgan
Deputy County Counsel
Liz Morgan has worked in the Office of the County Counsel since 2000. Her practice focuses on juvenile dependency law and related matters. She has successfully represented the Department of Family and Children’s Services in hundreds of hearings and trials, lasting from less than half a day to more than two weeks. Liz has also worked in the Office’s Workers’ Compensation unit, and has handled education-law matters.
