H. Luke Edwards

Deputy County Counsel

Luke Edwards joined the Social Justice and Impact Litigation Section of the Office of the County Counsel in 2018.  Her practice focuses on high-impact affirmative litigation and drafting local ordinances designed to advance social and economic justice.  Before joining the Office, Luke gained substantial experience with complex federal litigation while serving as a law clerk to Judge Ronald M. Gould of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to Judge David O. Carter for the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
