Hilary T. Kerrigan
Lead Deputy County Counsel
Hilary Kerrigan joined the Office of the County Counsel’s Child Dependency unit in 2011. She advises the County’s Department of Family and Children’s Services (DFCS) and County social workers in juvenile dependency cases, and represents the DFCS and social workers in dependency court.
Hilary’s professional expertise includes:
- Juvenile dependency law
- Extended Foster Care program and services after age 18
