Jennifer A. Tsou

Deputy County Counsel

Jennifer Tsou joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2015.  For more than fifteen years, her practice has focused on juvenile dependency law and advice.  She represents the Department of Family and Children’s Services and social workers in court.         

Jennifer’s professional expertise includes:

• Juvenile dependency law
• Juvenile dependency trials and hearings
• Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) with a specialty in Tribal customary adoption for Indian children
