John A. Castro

Deputy County Counsel

John A. Castro joined the Finance, Government Operations, and Environment team in 2019.  John’s practice focuses on advising multiple County departments and special districts on matters relating to construction, real property, and other contract issues.  Prior to joining the County, John represented owners, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in transactional matters, as well as matters involving claims and dispute resolution.

John’s professional expertise includes:
