Deputy County Counsel
John A. Castro joined the Finance, Government Operations, and Environment team in 2019. Prior to joining the County, John practiced construction, real property, and contract law, representing architects, engineers, owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in all facets of claims and dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation. John also has substantial experience with complex multi-party disputes involving construction projects of all sizes in both the public and private sectors.
