Deputy County Counsel

Jose Luis Martin joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2023 in the Office’s Civil Rights, Tort, and Employment Litigation team.  His current practice focuses on a range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.  Jose has extensive experience litigating complex civil claims in federal and state courts, and in arbitration.
