Lesley Pak
Deputy County Counsel
Lesley Pak joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2017 as a member of the General Government section. She represents the Finance Agency and advises the County in public finance, taxation, public works, and procurement matters. Before joining the County of Santa Clara, Lesley was a Deputy County Counsel for the County of Sonoma, representing public entity clients in transactional matters and providing legal advice in a broad range of areas including construction, purchasing, and the Public Records Act. Prior to that, Lesley represented companies in securities and commercial litigation as an associate at a global law firm. Prior to law school, Lesley was a real property appraiser at the Santa Clara County Office of the Assessor.
