Lizanne Reynolds
Deputy County Counsel
Lizanne Reynolds joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2000 2000 and works in the General Government section. Her practice focuses on land use and environmental law and public finance. She also handles a wide variety of other general government matters, including drafting ordinances, resolutions and legislative proposals. Lizanne has successfully briefed and argued several appellate cases, including two cases before the California Supreme Court. She has also authored two appellate amicus briefs on behalf of the California State Association of Counties and the League of California Cities.
