Deputy County Counsel

Miriam Sondag joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2023.  She handles real estate transactional work for the County, with a focus on affordable housing for the county’s low-income residents.

Miriam’s professional expertise includes:

• Real estate development and finance
• Affordable housing operation, development, and finance
• Acquisition, disposition and operation of multifamily affordable and mixed-income housing developments
• Bond financed real estate transactions
