Nancy J. Clark
Deputy County Counsel
Nancy J. Clark joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2000 and leads the Labor and Employment Law section. She advises County departments regarding labor and employment law issues, and serves as primary legal counsel to the Probation Department and Employee Services Agency, including Human Resources, Benefits, and the Equal Opportunity Division. Nancy represents the County before the County Personnel Board, private arbitrators, and the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB), and has successfully resolved over one hundred employment disputes.
