Mona M. Williams

Deputy County Counsel

Mona M. Williams joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2020.  As a member of the Public Safety and Justice team, Mona advises the County’s Juvenile Probation Department on a variety of matters.  As a member of the Office’s Education Law team, Mona provides advice to the Santa Clara County Office of Education and some school districts.  Before joining the Office, Mona gained extensive litigation experience representing foreign sovereign governments and various technology companies in federal and state court.  Mona also clerked for the Honorable Judge Timothy J. Savage of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
