Overview
Jennifer Wang joined the Office of the County Counsel’s Civil Rights, Tort, and Employment Litigation Team in 2021. She represents the County in a range of civil matters. Prior to joining the Office, Jennifer managed internal investigations as in-house counsel for a technology company. She also served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of California, where she represented the federal government in both defensive and affirmative civil litigation. Jennifer’s professional expertise includes civil litigation, employment litigation, affirmative litigation, and government investigations.
