Deputy County Counsel
Overview
Katherine Erickson joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2023. Katherine works on the Human Services Team, which advises the Social Services Agency and the Office of Supportive Housing on program development, evaluation, and service delivery relating to public benefits, adult and aging services, child welfare services, and supportive housing. Katherine is also a member of the Jail Reform and Custody Operations team, advising on a variety of issues related to jail reform and Custody Health Services, which provides medical and mental health care at County jail facilities. Katherine’s professional expertise includes public benefits law, landlord-tenant law, and elder law.
